The District Conference for Rotary District 2241 for Romania and Moldavia 2010-2011 was held in Sibiu. On this occasion gathered representatives of Rotary Clubs in all the country to do an analysis of activities and events done in the spirit of charity and set goals for the new Rotarian year. Among the distinguished speakers at this conference was Andrzej Ludek, representative of the Rotary International President, Corneliu Dinca, the current governor, who presented the conclusion of recently completed activities or Ioan Sbarciu, future governor for District 2241, who presented in the last day of the meeting the strategic plan for 2010-2011.
From VARANA Rotary Club Focsani attended the conference the current President, Marius Ulmeteanu and previous presidents, Rodica Dinuta and Doru Simiz. The conference was a success, the good results of the past year and the new goals have strengthened trust that the Rotarian activities will bring further satisfactions, voluntary and charitable acts.
