Rotary Club Focșani “Varana” continued the project started in 2019 with a new donation of medical equipment to the Military Hospital in Focșani (hospital that serves three counties: Vrancea, Bacău and Buzău).
Thus, in the presence of the members of the Rotary Club Varana, Mrs. Rodica Dinuță – Assistant Governor and Ionuț Docan-Manea, President of the Club for the Rotary year 2020-2021, the following equipment was donated: shock therapy device (non-shock treatment method invasive and very effective for the treatment of musculoskeletal pain), laser therapy unit and recovery device (for passive recovery exercises). All this complements the range of equipment needed for the widest possible use in the treatment and recovery of medical problems of patients in the Military Hospital.
This new approach of the Rotary Club Focșani “Varana” to support the community comes in a context in which the medical system in our country has been put to the test due to the pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus, and state-of-the-art medical equipment is a great need.
