Redirect 2% of income tax through declaration Form 230 for the charitable actions for the benefit of the community realized by Rotary Club VARANA Focsani.
Fiscal Code and current legislation allows people who pay taxes on income (including employees to public institutions or private companies) to decide themselves where to go 2% of the tax that they pay annually. This percentage of tax can reach a non-governmental organization (association, foundation) that can use the money for charitable purposes.
One such NGO is the Rotary Club VARANA Focsani whose projects aim primarily to increase the level of health, the support of the talented children, improve the quality of the environment, promotion of culture, sports and the fundamental values of society, that means the aid given in various forms to the community.
The amount of 2% of income tax is not a donation or a sponsorship from that person. It is just a decision on how the state will use some of the money taxed from taxpayers.
For this, the person who wishes to direct 2% of the tax he paid to the state for the actions performed for community services, will have to complete Form 230 (for income tax) dropping it off at the Financial Administration he belonging until the 25th May of each year for the previous tax year.
To direct 2% of your tax to the Rotary Club VARANA Focsani and to support the charitable actions of our association in Vrancea County, the first step is to download FORM 230 – Share bottom box – Download button (for income tax in the previous year ) already completed with our association data.
Complete your personal data on the form (Section I. IDENTIFICATION OF TAXPAYERS). The form must be completed by hand in two copies. A copy will remain at the financial administration and one will remain at you as the proof of your decision, with the registration number from the tax financial administration.
